Development History

Hebei Tianyu Guangbo Integrated Housing (TYGB) is located in Wuyi County by the Hengshui Lake. At the founding of the enterprise, the team identified widespread industry pain‑points of conventional container houses in overseas markets: water leakage, insufficient interior height, poor sealing performance and high ocean‑freight costs. Numerous overseas customers were in urgent need of modular housing products that deliver living comfort and safety while being compatible with standard sea‑freight shipping requirements.

Led by founder Jin Fengyu and drawing on China’s solid steel‑structure manufacturing foundation, the team set out to build a premium Chinese export‑oriented modular housing brand. The brand philosophy “OUR HOUSES, YOUR HOMES” was established. Rather than merely manufacturing building shells, the company aims to deliver complete, safe and livable home spaces.

In the early days, expandable container houses in the industry mostly relied on sealing strips for waterproofing, which tended to age and leak over time. Constrained by shipping container dimensions, the interior height could hardly meet the local overseas residential standard of 2.4 meters. Most products were only fit for temporary simple shelters and unsuitable for long‑term habitation. The team adopted a technology‑driven strategy, concentrating R&D efforts on two core challenges: waterproof sealing and expandable structures. Breaking key technical barriers, the company developed prefabricated housing solutions suitable for both temporary accommodation and permanent residence.
