Description
2-Station Portable Restroom | Dual-Unit Hygiene Pod for Camps, Sites & Events

Hebei Tianyu Guangbo Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. makes a 2-station portable restroom. One relocatable unit holds two hygiene bays. Neither bay depends on the other. Each bay comes pre-fitted with a toilet. There is a basin too. A shower is part of the setup as well. On site you just hook everything up and start using it. The frame is light steel. Wall and floor waterproofing was developed in house. Every module measures L2260 × W1450 × H2300 mm. Weight is 750 kg. A forklift or crane can move it. This format fits project managers who need reliable sanitation without permanent construction. Site operators fit it too. So do procurement teams.
What Is This Product?

Two self-contained hygiene pods sit in one this product. That setup handles more foot traffic at a single site. One station does not rely on the other. A toilet is already inside each station. There is a basin too. A shower comes fitted as well. Factory workers install all of it before dispatch.
On-site work is limited to connecting utilities — no brickwork, no structural build programme. Once services are connected, the units are ready to use.
Camps for construction crews fit this setup. Event sites do too, along with tourist facilities, office compounds, and dormitories. Emergency response teams rely on it as well. In each case, one pod is not enough, but a permanent building makes no sense.

Design & Construction Features
Each pod rests on a light-steel frame. The columns are thicker. Structural supports sit closer together. That raises load-bearing capacity. No useless weight gets added.
Top and bottom corner fittings use dedicated cast-iron container corner pieces. This prevents deformation during loading, unloading, and repeated relocations — a failure point common in lower-grade units where corner connections are not purpose-built.
Our own system seals the walls and the floors. The point is to keep the inside dry. When damp gets into hygiene facilities, everyday cleaning becomes harder. It also cuts down how long the structure lasts. That is why it is planned in from the very start, rather than added at the end.
Every station is 2,260 mm long and 1,450 mm wide. That compact footprint does pay off. Place two units next to each other and they cover under 6.6 linear metres. Most construction sites and camp layouts have tight corners, and the units slot straight in.
Performance Ratings
Every pod has a seismic rating. Wind and water protection are part of it too. Right across the range, the structure is built for Grade 9 earthquake resistance. For wind, the figure reaches Grade 11. A Class A fire rating also applies to the configurations that qualify.
Quality control at the plant follows AU/NZS, ASTM, ISO, and SGS requirements. For the product lines where it applies, CE and ISO compliance is in place as well.
Mobility & Site Adaptability
Every unit weighs 750 kg. A standard forklift or a crane can move one. Take the pods out in one piece when a project ends, or when a camp packs up and relocates. Nothing has to be torn apart. Material does not go to waste either. At the next site, nobody builds sanitation again from scratch.
There is more than one way to handle waste. Site conditions decide which route fits. You can tie into a municipal sewer. A holding tank is another option. Other treatment methods built for far-off locations work too.
Flexibility like that fits plenty of places. Mining camps are one example. So are oil and gas sites, eco-tourism resorts, and large public events. In spots like these, the infrastructure, such as a 2-station portable restroom, looks different, and what people need changes from one phase to the next.
Customization Options for 2-station portable restroom
As standard, every station ships with one toilet. One basin and one shower are fitted too. Where higher throughput is needed, a two-closet layout per bay can be supplied.
For public-facing sites, disabled-access layouts can be supplied. Custom colors and exterior finishes back ODM and OEM work. That fits projects where branding or the look of the build matters.
Two automated lines run at the factory. CNC forming and bending equipment keeps output steady on custom runs. Each year, capacity tops 3,000 units.
Applications
- Construction sites: Temporary sanitation for workers. It moves along as the project moves ahead.
- Mining and resource camps: Use in remote locations with flexible waste treatment requirements
- Events and festivals: Fast deployment for public hygiene at outdoor gatherings
- Eco-tourism and resorts: Low-disturbance installation in sensitive environments
- Emergency response: Quick rollout to get public sanitation running again where no permanent facilities exist
- Office compounds and dormitories: These add a lasting or semi-lasting extra space next to what you already have

FAQ
Q: What does each pod measure?
A: Each unit measures L2260 × W1450 × H2300 mm — a complete bathroom in a compact footprint.
Q: What fixtures does each station come with?
A: One toilet, one basin, and one shower go into every pod. Every one of them is fitted at the factory, before the unit ships.
Q: Can you join several pods together for bigger sites?
A: Yes. Several pods can sit side by side. Line them up and you get a full washroom block. That setup works well for camps, events and busy spots. For places with moderate to high demand, This product setup is usually the first step. Once traffic grows, more units can go into the same row.
Q: How is each unit moved on site?
A: Each pod weighs 750 kg. You can move it with a forklift or a crane. No demolition is needed to relocate one.
Q: What customization is available?
A: Options include one or two closets per bay, disabled-access layouts, and custom colors or exterior designs. ODM and OEM configurations are supported.
Q: What waste treatment options are available?
A: Waste treatment is flexible and depends on site conditions. Options include connection to existing sewer systems or standalone holding and treatment solutions suited to remote or off-grid locations.
