9m Apple Cabin with Bamboo Wood Fiber Panel — Natural Wood-Look Modular Cabin with Integrated Molded Structure

The 9m Apple Cabin with Bamboo Wood Fiber Panel comes out of the factory as a modular unit you can place and use. Its shell is molded in one piece. Warm bamboo fiber cladding with a wood grain finish wraps the outside. Outside size is L5900×W2260×H2550mm. That leaves a compact space people can live or work in. Glamping sites can use it. So can site offices, shops or homes. CE, ISO, AU/NZS, ASTM, and SGS certification apply to the matching configurations. Production takes 4–5 weeks. Frame warranty runs 36 months.

What Is This Product?

You get this cabin fully assembled. One single molding makes up the body, so the shell has no joints. On the outside sit panels of bamboo wood fiber. Their wood grain finish looks warm, much like real timber. Raw wood needs care all the time. This finish doesn't.

The bamboo wood fiber panel is made of several layers. Bamboo charcoal powder, PVC resin and calcium carbonate form the core. That mix is extruded at high temperature. A high definition wood texture film bonds to the top, and PUR hot-melt adhesive does the bonding. Peeling and fading stay rare in everyday use.

Material Advantage: Why Bamboo Wood Fiber Panel?

Once moisture works its way into traditional wood cladding, boards start to warp. Swings from heat to cold make them swell and fall apart. Those problems go away with the bamboo wood fiber panel. Credit goes to what goes into it and how it is put together.

Soak the panel for 24 hours and water absorption still comes in under 0.5%. Density runs from 0.65–0.85 g/cm³. In the hand the board feels solid, much like natural timber. Surface hardness lands at 2H–4H. Everyday scratches and scuffs barely show. The material also meets a Class B1 fire rating. That covers the fire safety rules most commercial and residential projects follow. Mild VOCs get adsorbed by the bamboo charcoal in the substrate. Indoor air ends up cleaner because of it.

Structural Design and Performance

Integrated molding gives the cabin body its arc shape. The outer shell shows no joints or seams. Surface stays clean, and water has a harder time getting in.

Cast-iron corner fittings are placed at the top and the bottom of the unit. Deformation risk drops when the unit is loaded. Risk also drops during unloading and moving. The columns are thicker than usual. Inside, the supports are set closer together. That lets the whole structure carry more weight.

Some configurations reach Class A for fire protection. Wind resistance can climb as high as Grade 11. Earthquake resistance reaches Grade 9. Which of these grades apply depends on the testing standards in force.

Interior Fit-Out and Natural Light

The cabin shows up with AU standard cabinets already fitted. A side push-out window is fitted too. Standard kit includes a spotlight on the top. You can use it straight away. Nothing needs adding inside.

Across the front sits a large glass curtain wall. Daylight comes in through it, so daytime use of artificial light drops. Evening light comes from the spotlight at the top. Extra electrical work is not needed.

Exterior Options and Expandability

Two standard finishes are offered: white and black. Both of them suit the wood-grain cladding. Go with either one and you get a crisp modern contrast, or a softer, more natural feel.

Standard road transport is what the 20FT profile was made for. On-site installation also works in most setups. Where a project needs more floor area, two units can be joined into a 20FT + 20FT combination. ODM and OEM customization is available. Color, appearance, and panel specification can all be changed.

Applications

  • Glamping and eco-resort accommodation: a wood-grain exterior suits outdoor sites well
  • Temporary or permanent site offices: fast installation plus CE/ISO compliance keeps professional projects running
  • Retail kiosks and pop-up spaces: strong visibility and plenty of display room come from the glass curtain wall
  • Residential garden rooms and guest studios: the AU standard interior fit-out makes the unit move-in ready
  • Hospitality extensions: the Class B1 fire rating and moisture resistance of the bamboo fiber panel meet common commercial building requirements

Quality and Certifications for 9m Apple Cabin with Bamboo Wood Fiber Panel

Production of the 9m Apple Cabin with Bamboo Wood Fiber Panel runs on automated lines. CNC forming and bending machines sit on those lines, along with welding shops, coating shops and spraying shops. Inspection starts with dimensional tolerance, where thickness deviation has to stay within ±0.1mm. Panel adhesion peel strength gets checked next, under heat at 70°C and in freezing conditions. VOC emission verification and surface hardness testing belong to the same round. AU/NZS, ASTM, ISO and SGS standards are all met by the products. CE certification covers the configurations where it applies.

FAQ

Q: What size is this cabin on the outside?

A: Outside size is listed in the spec table above as L5900 × W2260 × H2550mm.

Q: What outside finishes do you offer?

A: Standard finishes are white or black. The wood-grain bamboo fiber cladding surface is applied to both options.

Q: What comes with the inside of the cabin?

A: Standard fittings on every unit are AU standard cabinets, a side push-out window and a top spotlight.

Q: Can two units be combined?

A: Yes. Two 20FT units can be joined in a 20FT + 20FT setup. You end up with a single floor area that is bigger and continuous.

Q: Is the cabin suitable for standard road transport?

A: The 20FT profile is designed for standard transport and on-site installation in most configurations.

Q: Why use bamboo wood fiber panel instead of traditional wood cladding?

A: The panel resists moisture (water absorption under 0.5%), achieves a Class B1 fire rating, and maintains dimensional stability in fluctuating temperatures — characteristics that raw timber cannot consistently deliver over time.
