Our own team developed the wall and floor waterproofing. When heavy rain hits, the inside stays dry. Thicker columns and denser structural supports give the unit better load-bearing performance. Repeated lifts do not twist it out of shape. Cast-iron container corner fittings sit at the top and at the bottom. They stop deformation while the unit is loaded and unloaded.
Wind resistance is rated up to Grade 11. Grade 9 covers seismic resistance. A Class A fire rating comes with the unit as well. In an exposed or remote spot, those levels are what count for an office.

Cool air comes from an air conditioning unit fitted at the factory. Comfortable temperatures hold in every season. Two exhaust fans keep air moving where dust is heavy or a lot of people pass through.
